Recently, we had the opportunity to sit down with an experienced sports physiotherapist, Dr Himanshu D Tiwari to gain insights into the significance of their role, the intricacies of their practice, and their approach to ensuring athletes stay at the top of their game. Dr Himanshu worked for DDCA, BCCI and AIFF as a physiotherapist and a Karamveer Chakra Awardee 2023.
